Paisa 108 respects your right to control your personal information. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated personal data, even if you never created a full customer login, and the conditions under which we may retain certain information.
You can request deletion at any time—whether you created a loan account or only shared data for a credit check.
Steps
We will acknowledge your request within 7 days and complete eligible deletion within 30 days, except for data we are legally required to retain.
If you do not have an account but believe Paisa 108 has processed your information (for example, during a credit eligibility check), include the phone number or email used so that we can locate your records.
Deletion covers active systems and backups. Backup copies are purged automatically within 90 days of primary deletion.
We may retain specific information only as long as required by law or regulation, including but not limited to:
Such retained data will be used solely for these purposes and then securely deleted.
If you have an active loan or unpaid dues, deletion will be paused until all obligations are settled. You may still submit the request; we will notify you of any pending requirements.
Once your request is fulfilled, you will receive a final confirmation email stating that your account and associated personal data (except legally retained records) have been deleted.
